Amy Condon is our Executive Director as well as the Elementary Education teacher. She will be providing occupational therapy services as needed for our students. She comes to us with over 29 years of experience in a variety of settings. She is excited to wear her many hats to meet the needs of the students!

-Occupational Therapist for 29 years
-Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist
- Pediatric occupational therapy experience in early intervention, home health, clinics, and  school system
-Trained in therapeutic interventions for a variety developmental delays
-Owned Create A Space, an indoor play space in Southport, NC
-Previous Executive Director of a million dollar non-profit
-A home educator for 13 years, graduating 3 students

Ms.. Sarah Mac is the co-teacher for our preschool class. She is a Brunswick County native who grew up on Oak Island graduating from South Brunswick High School in 2008. After attending Appalachian State University for 2 years, she transferred back to beach life and graduated in 2013 as a UNCW Sea Hawk with a BA in Applied Public History and a minor in Anthropology. Following 10 years in hospitality, she then worked at the largest retinal clinic in NC for 5 years establishing their records department. She then transitioned to her greatest role as a mom to two children with autism. Sarah has been a teacher at The GIFT School since June 2025 as a co-teacher for our preschool class. If she is not at school or at home watching Disney movies, you can find her and her family enjoying music and the local splash pad.
